Two main beams: Two box-type or truss-type main beams are arranged in parallel and connected by crossbeams to form a stable load-bearing frame.

End beams: Connect the two main beams and provide support for the hoist trolley.

Trolley: Moves along the main beam rails, carrying the lifting mechanism for horizontal cargo transport.

Hoisting mechanism: Consists of a motor, drum, and wire rope; it drives the hook up and down to lift the load.

Travel mechanism: Divided into trolley operation (which moves the entire vehicle along the workshop rails) and trolley operation, enabling longitudinal and lateral movement.

Electrical system: Consists of a control cabinet, motor, and pushbutton box, controlling the start/stop and speed of all mechanisms.

Safety devices: Such as limit switches and overload limiters prevent overweight or overloading to ensure safety.
