Before any production begins, the raw materials such as steel plates, cables, wheels that will be used to manufacture the crane steel structure are inspected to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Once the raw materials are approved, the components such as motors, gear boxes, bearings ,electrics that will be used to assemble the crane are inspected to ensure they are up to the manufacturer's standards.
During the fabrication process, the components are assembled to create the final product. This stage involves multiple inspections such as Visual Inspection,Total station measurement,Ultrasonic Inspection to ensure the crane is being built according to the design specifications and quality standards.
Once the crane is assembled, it undergoes extensive testing and validation to ensure it can perform its intended functions safely and efficiently. This includes load testing, performance testing, and other types of tests as required.
After testing and validation, a final inspection is conducted to ensure that the crane meets all of the required quality standards and specifications such as deflection, motion speeds, capacity etc. Any defects or issues are identified and addressed before the crane is released for shipment.
