COVINICRANE hydraulic flatbed transporter is a premium heavy-duty special transport vehicle independently developed for ultra-large, overweight and special-shaped heavy cargo overland transportation. • Modular Combined Frame: Standard modular carriage unit, freely combinable in body length, width and axle number. Load capacity ranges from 50T to over 1000T, supporting non-standard customized configuration according to cargo size and working conditions.
• Full Hydraulic Independent Suspension System: Independent hydraulic lifting cylinder on each axle, with large lifting travel. Realizes overall lifting, horizontal leveling, and automatic load balancing of the whole vehicle, adaptive to uneven road surfaces. Minimal ground specific pressure, no damage to hardened pavement and indoor floor.
• All-Wheel Full Hydraulic Drive: Built-in hydraulic drive motor for each wheel, low-speed high-torque output. All wheels drive synchronously with strong traction, stable heavy-load starting without slipping, and powerful climbing performance.
• Multi-Mode Full-Wheel Hydraulic Steering: Independent steering for every axle group, supports multiple flexible steering modes: straight driving, oblique lateral moving (crab walking), in-situ turning, offset steering, U-turn with small radius. Adaptable to narrow indoor workshops and cramped construction sites without large turning space.
• Dual-Cab Bidirectional Driving Design: Independent driving cabs on both ends of the vehicle, supports bidirectional forward & reverse driving without U-turn. Eliminates blind spots in long-body vehicle operation, greatly improves on-site transportation efficiency.
• High-Strength Heavy-Duty Structure: High-strength alloy steel main frame, impact-resistant and fatigue-resistant body structure, with ultra-high overall structural rigidity and long service life under frequent heavy-load operation.
