Bridge Beam: Connects the rails on both sides, carrying the trolley; its lightweight structure and high load-bearing capacity make it the core of the main beam structure.
Moving Trolley: Moves laterally along the bridge beam, carrying and precisely positioning the load; available in manual and electric drive versions.
Lifting Mechanism: Typically an electric chain hoist or wire rope hoist, responsible for the safe and efficient vertical lifting of materials, and can integrate specialized tools such as robotic arms for expanded functionality.
Support and Suspension Device: Includes columns and beam supports, forming a self-supporting rigid frame to ensure overall system stability, eliminating reliance on the factory roof structure.
Electrical Control System: Coordinates the actions of all components, achieving smooth operation and precise position control.
All components are designed with standardization, offering excellent compatibility and flexibility. The lifting range typically covers 250kg to 3000kg, meeting the high-precision operation requirements of various industrial scenarios.
