European Electric Hoist

The European electric hoist is a high-performance, lightweight lifting equipment designed according to European technical standards, complying with FEM standards. It is typically used in conjunction with European cranes, single-girder overhead cranes or double-girder overhead cranes, suspension rails, and other equipment, allowing for flexible adaptation to various scenarios. Motor: Adopt a German imported variable pole motor, insulation class F, protection class IP54, optional encoder to realize precise control.

Transmission mechanism: helical gear or planetary gear transmission, smooth running, low noise, long life.

Reel/sprocket: The reel is made of high-quality seamless steel tube with CNC machining, and the rope groove is matched with the rope guide to prevent the rope from being messed up; the sprocket is suitable for chain hoists, with strong abrasion resistance.

Brake: Double-disc electromagnetic disk brake, self-adjusting brake clearance, maintenance-free, braking times over 1 million times.

Reducer: Aluminum alloy shell, lifelong lubrication (no oil change), helical gear drive, low noise, protection grade IP54, adaptable to -20℃~40℃ environment.

Hook set: 360°swivel forged hook with safety tongue, conforming to DIN standard, high strength and wear-resistant.

Safety protection devices: Including gear-driven limiters, electronic overload protection, thermistor overheating alarm, brake pad wear monitoring, etc.
